Randy Bampfield


Managing Director

Randy is an Atlanta area lawyer. He was the Managing Director of ACT1 Theater from 2021-2025, where he has been affiliated since the summer 2017 when he was cast in Jesus Christ Superstar.

Jessica Williams


Artistic Director



Jessica has been a performer for 20 years across three states. She holds degrees in Theatre and English from Converse College, and has served as a Costume Designer and school Theatre Consultant. Her day job is being a stay at home mom for her two daughters.

Arthur Colby


President

Arthur is an Auction Services Manager who oversees 6 auctions in the southeast for CarMax. He was born in Maracaibo, Venezuela, & joined Alpharetta Presbyterian in 2017. Arthur enjoys serving as a way to give thanks for our journey through life & those we meet on the way. At APC, Arthur enjoys serving in the Breakfast Club, Communion preparation, Family Promise & as Usher. He also enjoys participating in adult faith education, & has led a Disciple Class. Arthur is currently serving as Deacon in APC & board member of ACT1. Arthur holds a BBA in Management from Stetson University.

Michael Masi


Treasurer

Michael is a media production professional with over eight years of experience in commercial, corporate, and film production. He has worked in many areas of the industry, including producing, cinematography, lighting, and editing. He has worked with many top brands including Home Depot, Floor & Decor, and Chick Fil A producing commercials, branded content, and training videos. He now serves as a Senior Director at MTechProMedia, based in Alpharetta, GA.

He graduated from Oglethorpe University in 2021 on a full-tuition theatre scholarship, where he built a foundation in performance and collaboration that continues to shape his creative work today. Beyond his career in film and media, Michael is passionate about creating art and exploring different ways to tell stories. His favorite outlet is performing on stage, and acting remains one of his greatest artistic joys.

With a mix of technical expertise, creative vision, and a love for storytelling, Michael brings both artistry and professionalism to every project he takes on.

Diane Watts:

Secretary

Diane Watts is honored to help shape the future of a company dedicated to high-quality theater that enriches and inspires the community.

Diane has been immersed in music and theater for as long as she can remember. Her belief in the transformative power of the performing arts has informed her decisions and guided her choices, shaping both her career path and her life’s purpose.

Her career spans the fields of secondary and corporate education, Christian ministry, and the arts, reflecting a deep commitment to creative expression and community engagement.

She served as a High School AP English Teacher, Drama Instructor, and English Department Chair in Fulton County Schools, where she inspired students to think critically, find their voices, and perform with confidence.

Her ministry experience includes serving as Drama Minister for Christ the Shepherd in Alpharetta, where she combined faith and the performing arts to create meaningful productions. During this time, she also worked as a freelance piano instructor and writing tutor, nurturing artistic and academic skills in students of all ages.

In 2017, she founded Watts Professional Development, a strategic communications company specializing in the art of argument and storytelling. Diane, as key speaker, was successful in bringing her expertise to Fortune 50 Companies and non-profit organizations seeking to refine their message and increase their impact.

Today, Diane directs productions for Arcadia Theater and other community theaters in the North Atlanta area, bringing her vision, storytelling skills, and collaborative spirit to the stage.

Loren Collins

Loren is an attorney and mediator who has been practicing in the Atlanta area since 2005. A Georgia native and UGA graduate, Loren initially worked for a small Atlanta firm, before transitioning to a solo practice over a decade ago. Concurrent with that professional change, Loren also got involved in local theater, with his first musical being at Arcadia's predecessor. Since then he has appeared onstage in dozens of shows at different theaters around Atlanta, and served on the ACT1 Theater board for three years before joining the board for Arcadia. He has additionally served as co-producer of the Atlanta Bar Association's charitable Bard Show musical. Loren also is the author of the book Bullspotting: Finding Facts in the Age of Misinformation, and has spoken on multiple different topics related to skepticism and critical thinking.

Debbie McMinn

Debbie McMinn recently retired from the non-profit arena, where she worked for the previous 20 years She was responsible for raising money through individual and corporate giving and writing grants to fund the work of serving those most in need. The funds provided temporary housing, youth development programs, basic needs of food and clothing and other various services and programs serving the homeless and low income families through-out metro Atlanta.

As a retiree, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, traveling, volunteering, attending theatre and concert events and a new found hobby of pickleball.

Samantha Heuwagen

Samantha is a marriage and family therapist, and best-selling author in the Metro Atlanta area (The Starless Series; Moonlit). Featured on The Huffington PostNBC NewsBustle, and more, her goal is to spread awareness by challenging the popular discourse concerning mental health and healthy relationships through writing and community activism. When not working with clients, she can be found on stage performing to her heart’s content. 

Si Rajadhyax

Si is a multi-faceted creative with a passion for storytelling, performance, and building things that connect with people. He is the Production Supervisor at a commercial video production company in Atlanta, where he leads branded content and promotional campaigns for local & national clients.

With a background spanning video production, audio, graphic design, content strategy, and live performance, Si brings a full-stack creative approach to every project he touches. He studied Entertainment Business at Full Sail University and has built a career that includes work in radio, television, digital content, and theater. As a performer, he’s appeared in Grease, Into the Woods, Little Women, and many more—collaborating with theaters across the area. Si was named one of LA TV Week’s 40 Under 40 and is a Southeast Emmy nominee.

Si joined Arcadia Theater because he believes in the power of live theater to create connection, spark imagination, and strengthen community. He’s passionate about supporting that mission by helping grow a strong, recognizable brand and contributing to the theater’s creative direction and visibility.

Outside of work, Si enjoys music production, creative projects with friends, and making people laugh. Whether in a rehearsal room or on a video shoot, he values collaboration, creativity, and finding new ways to bring stories to life.

Crystal James

Crystal is a seasoned business development and marketing professional with over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry. As a passionate advocate for arts education, live performance, and community engagement, Crystal brings a unique blend of leadership, creativity, and dedication to the Arcadia Theater Board.

With a strong foundation in business development and sales & marketing at Renaissance Hotels International, Crystal led initiatives that drove growth and brand engagement on a global scale. In the nonprofit arts sector, she has held key leadership roles including President of the Milton Choral Association, VP of Productions for Milton Theatre, and President of the Milton Theatre Board.  She has also worked with the Milton Arts Council championing local arts programming and community outreach. Her ability to fuse corporate strategy with nonprofit vision has made a lasting impact on every organization she serves.

Crystal joined Arcadia Theater driven by a deep belief in the transformative power of the arts and community connection. From performing in community theater productions herself, to coaching her son—an accomplished performer, Shuler Awards nominee, and GHSA Best Actor in Georgia—her dedication to creative expression and youth development is both personal and enduring.

Outside of her work, Crystal enjoys hanging with her husband Jeff, and her awesome kids (Kylie & Jake) traveling, discovering great food, attending live shows, and immersing herself in the world of musical theatre. She’s deeply committed to family life, community involvement, and advocating for more screen-free, real-world experiences for children and adults alike.
